1. Introduction

2. Our Services
Tito Fashion Tito Fashion operates online and offline at Gayatri Mandir Road, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. We specialize in:
- Custom Sublimation Products: Personalized mugs, cushions, rotating lamps, mousepads, photo frames, etc.
- Fashion Wear: Women’s clothing and accessories.
3. Customization & User Content
For custom printing orders, you are responsible for the images, logos, and text you upload.
- Copyright: You must own the rights to any image you provide. We are not liable for any copyright infringement arising from the images you ask us to print.
- Content Quality: We print based on the file quality you provide. We are not responsible for “blurry” or “pixelated” prints if the original photo provided was of low resolution.
- Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without your permission.
4. Product Information & Colors
- Sublimation Variation: Please note that colors in sublimation printing may vary slightly from what you see on a backlit mobile or computer screen.
- Physical Items: Sizes and dimensions for mugs, frames, and apparel are approximate. Minor variations in finish are part of the custom manufacturing process.
5. Prices and Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change.
- Custom Orders: Full payment or a minimum deposit (as specified) is required before we begin the printing process.
- COD: Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes for non-customized fashion items only. Personalized items may require pre-payment.
6. Order Cancellation
- Fashion Items: Can be canceled within 24 hours if not shipped.
- Custom/Personalized Items: Once the printing process has started (usually within 2-4 hours of order), cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued as the product cannot be reused.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Customized products require 2-3 days for processing/printing before dispatch.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Fragile Shipping: We use specialized packaging for lamps and mugs. Please refer to our Refund Policy regarding “Unboxing Videos” for transit damage.
8. Returns and Exchanges
As per our updated policy:
- Personalized Products: No returns or exchanges unless the product is physically damaged or there is a printing error made by us.
- Fashion Products: Exchanges are subject to a ₹200 base fee and must be requested within 3 days.
- Requirement: A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including the “Tito Fashion” and “Tito Fashion” branding, logos, and designs, are the property of Tito Fashion Tito Fashion. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tito Fashion Tito Fashion will not be liable for:
- Damage caused by mishandling of electronic items (like rotating lamps) after delivery.
- Loss of data or image quality provided by the user.
- Third-party courier delays.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
