 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders the maximum limit is ₹10000 and available only in selected PIN codes.

If a payment is made for a product that becomes unavailable or incorrectly priced we will inform you and issue a refund.

7. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Once your order is placed you will receive an email or message confirmation.

Cancellation by Tito Fashion

We may cancel an order if:

  • Payment is not completed or verified.

     

If payment has been made we will refund the full amount.

Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it only if it has not been shipped.
 After the order is processed or dispatched it cannot be canceled.

We try our best to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
 Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
 You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

If your order is delayed due to unforeseen issues like weather or courier delays we will update you as soon as possible.
