Since our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or design preferences once printed.
- Customization Error: If the product delivered does not match the customization details (photo/text) you provided at the time of order, we will offer a free replacement.
- Request Timeline: Any exchange request regarding printing errors must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. However, we understand that fragile items like mugs, photo frames, and rotating lamps can occasionally be damaged during transit.
Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:
Returns are ONLY accepted if you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product.
How to Raise a Return Request:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, unedited video of the package being opened. This is required to claim insurance for fragile items (Mugs, Lamps, Frames).
- Contact Us: WhatsApp the video and photos of the defect to +91-9685500140 within 3 days of delivery.
- Pickup: We will arrange a courier pickup from your address.
- Note: If pickup is unavailable in your area, please return the item via India Speed Post. We will refund the shipping cost as per the receipt.
Refund Processing:
Once the damaged item is received and verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or Google Pay within 48 hours.
IMPORTANT NOTES (Please Read)
- Fragile Items: Items like Rotating Lamps and Mugs are thoroughly tested before dispatch. We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after the 3-day reporting window.
- Color Variations: Slight color differences may occur between your digital screen and the final sublimation print due to heat-press processing and screen brightness settings. This is not considered a defect.
- Used Products: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that show signs of use.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a Sale or Discount period are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged.
- Non-Returnable: Personalized items (where your specific photo is used) cannot be returned for any reason other than damage or printing error by Tito Fashion.
